NSS, IIT Kharagpur students availing leave are to fill-up the following web form for faster and better processing of service request. Please click on the link to get the form.
The supporting document, if any may please be emailed to Program Officer of the UNIT (and not to Program Coordinator) with a copy to office mail id iitkgp.nss@gmail.com
This is applicable to all leave applications post mid-semester examination. Fellow student providing help in anyway to fill up this form can be given credit in the corresponding field of the web form. Institute ERP mail sent to all NSS, IIT Kharagpur students gives more detail that includes UNIT wise contact details of all Program Officers.
